Hotel murah di Castle Point

"Our electricity went out in the bathroom, and t.v. They tried to fix it but they couldn’t figure out what the problem came from. They put extension cord for the t.v. To a different outlet, and another extension cord for a lamp that was put into the bathroom. They did offered to put us up in another hotel, but we had family members in another room so we chose to stay at the Red Roof. Because we chose to stay they did refund our room, which was very nice of them to do so. "

"The room was misding a few towels and water glasses and had no coffeemaker. The continental breakfast area had tea bags but no hot wster The fire doors that have a sign on them saying Keep shut-were never shut. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were hoid. "

"Free parking is close to food and the mall. Easy in and out access. Breakfast and 530 food were excellent. Only problem was the cold indoor outdoor pool. It would have been nice if it had been heated more. Adam at the front desk was great. Wonderful personality."

"The room was clean, bathroom needed a remodel. Hole in shower wall- toilet didn’t flush properly- fan loud. Breakfast was more of a grab and go - not much to offer. Good location- right off interstate - 15 min to downtown St Louis. Pool looked great but said it was out of service. Overall served its purpose for driving thru area. "

"The room was spacious. Noise level from the hallway was high. The elevator was very slow. The restaurants were primarily "fast food", walk up and order. There was one sit down. The parking was convenient. The hotel was very close to a Metrolink station."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Hyatt. There were multiple miscommunications from the start. I was informed upon arrival that there was no self-parking available, and I was charged $50 plus tax for parking, which was not clearly explained beforehand. The staff’s behavior was quite cold and unhelpful. They did not properly explain important details about the stay. For example, I was told that breakfast was included, but I was not given clear information about how or where...

"Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"Best hotel stay ever! The kickback meals are delicious and saved our family so much money! Adults get 3 free alcoholic beverages per night. There is a soda fountain at breakfast and the kickback. The pool was huge! My kids loved the 2 hot tubs! "
