He also insisted that he had upgraded our room "two or three levels" and that we were in "one of the best" rooms which was clearly not the case when a repairman finally showed up to fix the AC which was caused by an excessive amount of dirt on the filter. "

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
