"Excellent property! The hotel is centrally located in regard to the harbor, shops, and restaurants. In addition, our room was beautiful and very clean, which works for me as I am a bit of a neat freak. :-) However, most importantly, the staff helped in making our experience at the Pavilion Hotel a wonderful occasion!!! They were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you again and again."

"This is an old property that needs a complete renovation! It is filthy, the staffing was completely unresponsive. We could not even get a clean towel unless we asked. Upon check out we could not even get a bill! The finger nails on the floor as just an added plus!"

"Great room in an old Victorian building. Fairly close to the mail street. The final 50 yards is a hill (if you have mobility issues maybe not for you) The floors have great patios. There is a full size elevator. No coffee in the rooms but they do coffee downstairs Overall neat, charming."
