"The rooms are clean but lack basics. No water in the rooms. You cannot get food after 10pm. The jacuzzi is designed to kill you. There is so much chlorine it feels like a gas chamber. Its awful. Its supposed to be relaxing but you leave crying. The sauna and steam rooms are great. The swimming is good and perfect temperature. "On arrival at 2:45 for 3pm check in we were told by the girl it was £15 for an early check in, at £1 a minute we said no thank you we will sit in the car. We said there was coffee pods in the room but no Coffee machine, she said oh I don’t know, so that was the end of that. "Location was good, right off the highway. Lots of free parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. We didnt have the breakfast. Shower was nice had a bathtub. Beds were ok pillows were hard and not very comfortable. Would stay again."

Could have got somewhere much nicer if I wanted to spend over £100 and eaten and parked for free. Wouldn't come again"
