"O hotel é bem confortável! O quarto limpo, com uma cama bem confortável! Importante para descansar bem em Cusco. O café da manhã foi excelente!! Muitas opções de comidas, como panquecas, variedade de frutas, queijos, e diferentes chás. O único ponto ruim foi o barulho da rua a noite, os quartos que ficamos foram do lado da rua. Mas dá pra dormir sim, a equipe super atenciosa nos ajudando com o que precisamos! "

"Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Made a breakfast bag for days I needed to leave early. I was told by a receptionist that I can take imperial bus two block from the hotel and go to the airport. The bus actually didn't go to the airport and I had to take Uber. I waisted about one hour of my time in the bus. Later I checked with the AI and apparently there is no bus that goes to the airport. Please correct me if I am wrong, so other guests won't face the same problem."

"Used this wonderful place on two different occasions on our trip to Peru. The staff was amazing. Very helpful, wonderful recommendations for restaurants - Morena was excellent - and breakfast was great. Would recommend them unreservedly. Thank you again for the hospitality."
