"This trip was one of the best experiences for me and my girlfriend, and overall everything was positive. Our stay coincided with a severe winter storm that caused power outages in parts of Allentown, including the hotel. The outage created major disruptions — key cards malfunctioned, heating systems failed, phones were down, and essential services stopped working. Despite the chaos and obvious pressure, the staff performed admirably. I would especially like to recognize the manager Ms. Kim ,...
