"Easy check-in, excellent staff, good bar area (again, excellent staff). Very good food, super local brews. Comfortable bed, great breakfast. Oh, and nice beer garden to boot. Would come here again and, if I lived locally, it would definitely be a regular haunt. Staff are superb."

"We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. "Staff were doing their best to help. Maintenance is poor, with a wonderful collection of black mould in the en-suite. Noise from the road is almost unbearable. I made the mistake of booking 2 nights and certainly won't be going back."
