"Front desk staff was PHENOMENAL. The front desk anyways. The food court checkout was a little below expectations and was giving run of the mill fast food employee. The lifeguards were a bit rude. One in particular was very nit-picky and was even pushy towards management to make a larger deal out of petty things when she didn’t get her way. Kind of a damper on the mood. "If you have mobility issues this can be tough because there is a lot of walking it's about .33 of a mile to get from our hotel room to the lobby where checkin is and food. Our room was located in the last building on the top floor and when we got there our keys didn't work. Had to find a phone to call . The guy came and told us we have to break off the sensor for the door in order for the keys to work!. Once inside we took showers and the water couldn't completely turn off. Just not the magical...
