"Had to wait 15 .intes ti check in. Staff was somewhere other than the front desk. The food in the restaurant was marginal and both my wife's and my orders were botched. Overall, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was acceptable though the mattress squeaked at the edges.Shuttle from the airport took 30 minutes to arrive for pickup. While o really it was overall the experience was.ok, At $200+ a night it was not worth it."

"Le problème de l’hôtel est qu’il est noté comme un 4 étoiles. Les chambres sont propres et rénovées, mais l’extérieur de l’hôtel est serieusement défraîchi. Puisque toutes les chambres donnent sur l’extérieur ça a une grande importance. Il y a des nids d’oiseaux ce qui amène des problèmes de salubrité sur la terrasse. Les photos du site ne sont pas du tout représentatives de la réalité. Très déçue dès l’arrivée."

"Staff was very helpful, allowed an early check in. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great location, close to airport also. Loved the pool area. Only complaint was the $18.99 continental breakfast that is usually complimentary. "

"I wouldn't really call it a menu. It was just a bunch of different breads and dry cereal. No protein of any sort , plus no drinks of any kind. "

"Both TV's in room didn't work & the balcony door wouldn't lock. Carpet had big stain in living room."

"There were ants in the bathroom, electrical outlets were not able to hold charging cords for phones/devices, one outlet was hanging out of the wall, lamp bulb was burned out or just not working, no hot water out of sink to wash my face (lukewarm only). I cancelled a future visit that was pre-booked. "

"Beautiful Hotel. Our first time at a Drury Hotel and will definitely look to stay at another one when we travel. Beds were comfortable, rooms nice and the complimentary food was amazing! Excellent staff full the of information. Wish we were there longer to enjoy all the amenities offered. "

"The entire room smelled like mildew. The jet tub was old and dingy. The refrigerator was not cleaned out prior to my check in and there were leftovers from the previous occupant. The entire hotel is accessible without a key card. The outside doors are unlocked. "
