There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. "This is the most affordable place to stay in the area for sure. We came into town just to get passports and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel and parking. Parking is free here.
