"One of the managers by name Lilian was extremely unhelpful when I needed a place to keep my luggage. I was extremely disappointed and have Dec never to stay at the hotel again. I think she needs to be retrained. "

"Parking was fine; the attendant was very helpful. Hotel was great! Clean and attractive. Everything we wanted to do/see was in walking distance. Panorama Restaurant/Bar expensive. "

"The staff at the counter was very kind and make us feel welcome at the check in. The room was nice and very clean but, the A/C from our room wasn’t working. After we informed to the staff, they immediately switched us to another room. The breakfast was okay but could be better. My suggestion is to have at least 2 bottles of water in the room for the coffee maker."
