Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. "I would never recommend or stay here. Expedia should not have them listed. If zero stars was an option, that is what this place should have. The room smelled of cigarettes when I requested a non-smoking room. The blankets and towels were stained and with cigarette burn holes. The AC knob was broken so we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. The glass window was cracked and taped instead of fixed. The sink in the bathroom had old water b/c it wouldn’t drain even before we first arrived....

"Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience."

"Checking in at night with Derrick was great. He helped with restaurant recommendations that turned out perfectly. Wanted to tip him in link sent in the morning but it only listed the morning staff to tip and they were worthless. Sorry we couldn't have done more for Derrick. The room needs to be closed until renovations are completed. It was half painted, floors were dirty including the towel cubby.
