"Everything nice"

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service. We also tried out the onsite steakhouse (T-bones), great food and drinks. One of the best things about our stay was the view from our balcony. We had an upper floor facing the lake. "Quiet and clean property. Beds were comfy, shower was hot. Only negative was the pool was almost to cold to swim."

"We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean and the staff was very friendly. We traveled with our 2 dogs and there is a large lawn for them to stretch their legs. My only very minor complaints: the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working properly, and our bathroom sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing."
