"The gentlemen that checked us in on Saturday evening was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us a good understanding of what to expect. The lady that checked us out on Sunday morning was also nice. Our room was very clean and organized."

"The mattresses were old and too soft. You can't get into bathroom because the door is too close to the toilet so you can't close the door without stepping into shower. The shower water wouldn't get hot. It was lukewarm. No hand soap or lotions. We were disappointed"

"Welcoming reception, excellent buffet, loved love hotspot in pool, all housekeeping staff very helpful and attentive. Easy location to find an a fair fair price. PS I spoke to a staff member maybe at the central office who was quite rude. I hung up on him and booked through Expedia. I’m so glad I did it that way but normally I like to go directly through Best Western. Thank goodness all the reception staff and reservations were so so friendly upon my arrival."

"The only thing I didn't like was the fact the my bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, That bother me quite a bit. Pillows are not very comfortable, but other that that, I would definitely stay there again."
