"They renovated the hotel recently. It looks great. The outdoor pool area is great. The pool is heated year round. It was around 45 degrees outside when we stayed, and we still had fun in the pool and hottub. Shep, the restaurant, has great staff and drinks. We did not eat dinner there, but had some small appetizers and they were good. This is a great spot for a staycation, or to stay if you need to get to Denver. "The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. "Beautiful and clean room, gorgeous views, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, the amenities were just what we needed, our room was spacious (enough room for 7 of us), and everyone was very accommodating! We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will definitely be returning to the Westin! "
