"The main issue I had is they did not notify me that there would be a $100 deposit when you check in plus the $29 that you are supposed to pay when you get there (knew about the $29 though). There was also no hand soap in our room for some reason? And the front desk was so busy the night we got there that I didn't get any time to ask for some. Everything else was great though, comfortable beds, nice room, very clean."

"My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable.
Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better...

"This is a beautiful property within walking distance to downtown. Only downside was that the ice machine is on the 5th floor and didn't work, but was able to get ice from the bar."
