"Overall, the hotel and casino are very clean. I did not us the pool this trip, previous trips I found it was very clean. The only complaints I have are not all of the rooms have walk in showers, which we really found a little difficult for my elderly friend to step over the tub and the carpet in our room needed cleaned or replaced as there were what appeared to be coffee stains and a little worn appearance to it. The beds are clean, some of the mattresses need to be replaced, as the one on my bed felt as though it was sagging on one side. The doors are extremely heavy and difficult to open for senior citizens. I have stayed at least 4 times and will probably return in the fall, as this is the best hotels in Cripple Creek. (I would suggest as it is a per friendly hotel, they offer a private dog park, one other hotel I stay at in a gambling town here in Colorado does have one that is very convenient for pets and guests with a service animal.)"
