"The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room was clean and recently renovated. The continental breakfast had so many options and tasted great! There was a nice garden and a rooftop with a picnic table where we ate takeout and took in the mountain views. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Very good location, like minutes to downtown Aspen. Free shuttle, runs all day. Very friendly staff. The building is 4/5 but the rooms are very comfortable with balcony and modern facilities. Excellent BBQ restaurant."

"We had a great stay, the rooms were nicely apportioned and large with a balcony overlooking the beautiful slope side view. We had a dog friendly room which was clean and neat, and the staff provided us with a dog bowl and some biscuits and a few other things which was nice. The staff was friendly and present, the restaurants were great and each night featured live music. We had a wonderful time!"

"Staff was great and room was very nice. My only complaint would be that our room had a connecting door to the room next door and our neighbors called the front desk because we were playing a board game and laughing too loud for them at 10:06 on a Saturday evening. We equally heard them bright and early the next morning. I feel a hotel boasting the amenities it does should probably be addressing noise issues/sound proofing."
