"This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend...

"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay. We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...

We had a late arrival due to an emergency and Meg put at at ease right away with her kindness and thoughtfulness of making our check in seamless. "The condo was well appointed and spacious. Personal preference, but for us, the beds were really soft. We found them uncomfortable but we're used to firmer. The listing didn't mention the washer and dryer in the unit but when I inquired, they responded quickly. The pool are was nice but definitely needs more seating. More than one table(let alone the only umbrella) would be good. Over all, I would highly recommend. "

"Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed....
