"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

"My daughter goes to IU and we stayed there for parent weekend. I will always stay here, it was beautiful, comfortable and clean. 2 bedrooms each with bathroom, nice size kitchen, living room and balcony. It was perfect. You can easily walk to the restaurant/bar for a quick bite and drinks. Every who works there is super friendly. I highly recommend!!!"

"It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time.
