"Good location; rooms are bare-bones but not in a bad way. Walkable to Universal Studios, but beware there is a giant hill to walk up. It can be avoided by taking the shuttle outside the NBC building (I never avoided it). The parking spaces are microscopic, and the night staff is selective about whom they call to move vehicles if they aren’t parked between the lines, so make sure to fold your mirrors."

"The staff is useful and friendly. The room is large and has some updates. We appreciated the fact that there was flooring and no carpet. Big plus for us. The bed was large but was more on the hard side which didn't lend to having a good night sleep. Pillows are a bit on the flat side. Towels were also very thin, but staff did give us more upon request without any questions. Hotel room was quiet even with its proximity to a big boulevard. Felt safe and parking was right in front of our room....

"When I arrived my room i reserved was given away. THey told me they could give my money back and I could leave. I told them no, I paid insurance to keep my reservation and that things like this would not happen. He told me he didnt know about any insurance and offered a room with 2 beds the next night. So, why does expedia offer insurance when the property doesn't honor it?"

"One of the 2 elevators was broken the whole time we were there. This made it close to impossible to get down from our room or go up to our room in a timely manner. We had to wait close to 20 minutes to go up or down every single time."

"We like the bee up grade to rooms from our last stay. What we don’t like is that room doesn’t have ironing board and irons anymore. We forgot our pillows noticed that when we got home . But other than that we loved our stay"
