"The hotel is clean, classy and one-of-a-kind. The location is amazing and the staff was very helpful. The diner is super convenient and amazingly over-priced for typical breakfast fare. It was very hot and the A/C worked well. They could invest in some new mattresses. Valet was great and reasonably-priced. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"I really wanted to like The Godfrey Hotel, but our stay was disappointing. The valet staff were friendly and professional, and Daniela and Alex at the front was welcoming. For over $300 a night, I expected much better. Although the lobby and elevator floors were being mopped, the tile and grout were visibly dirty and need a deep cleaning. "hotel is close to downtown. walked to a restaurant & back (Guelaguetza) then caught an uber to downtown for some dancing. great location, friendly staff, clean room. will definitely stay here again!"
