"It’s a very historic hotel so the architecture is amazing but the upkeeping of the rooms is not! I had to be switched three times in a small weekend stay which made it not very convenient for me! I had to unpack and pack three times in a Friday to Monday morning stay! At the end for my lastnight I was given a suite but it still don’t change the fact of the inconvenience even the general manger of the hotel was nice and helpful. "

"Nothing like a shower curtain sticking to you throughout your shower because they focused on generating social media buzz by having a see-through shower in the middle of your room, rather than the practicality of showering to get clean."

"WE HAVE STAYED AT THE W MANY TIMES AND WE LOVE IT THERE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. WE RECEIVED A TEXT SHORTLY AFTER WE ARRIVED WELCOMING US AND LETTING US KNOW THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING AT ALL WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW. THE HOTEL IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION.
