"Our stay was booked for a different resort, and due to an electrical issue we were moved to the Hyatt. We were moved late at night was greeted by Jack, who welcomed us very well. Rooms are maintained daily and clean towels are provided every day. Also, the complimentary breakfast is amazing, and was beyond what I had expected. Very good!"
