"At check in the Front desk person Brenda was not a friendly person. Seemed to be bothered people were checking in. Room was clean; however, bathtub was pretty moldy was disgusting when showering. Would not stay at this hotel again "

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the family room worked perfectly for us with lots of space. "I absolutely had a fantastic time! I stayed for three days. I’d loved my room. It was a western theme with Vintage chachkas and lovely everything about my stay. The staff were very, very friendly. The meal in the morning was fantastic above! The morning breakfast filled with baked goods, pancakes, today, omelettes always fresh fruit, either oatmeal or yogurt lots of nuts and fruits to put on your yogurt or oatmeal, the places to sit and relax and eat were incredible. I chose the sunroom each...

"Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining."
