"BEWARE of this so-called “five-star” resort. From the outside, it honestly looks more like a prison than a luxury resort, with plain buildings surrounding a few glorified pools.
Our biggest issue was with our check-in. We arrived on time with confirmed reservations, yet Rebecca told us there were no rooms available. She offered to move us closer to our second room, stating it would be only $200 for our entire stay. Based on that, we agreed. She never disclosed the true cost or explained any...

"Really bad communication
With all the traveling ever done, this was the first time I got late check in
