"Great parking with lots of room for larger vehicles. We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk and were given a little gift bag when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary. The room was clean and spacious. No waiting for elevators. We couldn’t believe the free food offered to guests at their “kickback and relax” event every afternoon and free alcoholic beverages. The Drury brand is really going out of their way to service their customers. We will be looking for Drury hotels when reserving our next stay. We definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family wanting to go to Nashville."

"Very nice hotel! Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Very nice breakfast in the mornings and beautiful outside pool! My man and I came to stay at this hotel for a concert downtown Bridgestone arena. They did provide shuttle service but just didn't know when it will arrive so we took a Uber. One thing I didn't like was the parking arrangement."

"The property is a building of different configurations of “condo-like” rooms owned by a company, not separate owners. Although the rooms are very nice, be aware that the type you choose on the website might not be the exact one you get upon arrival, but it will have similar accommodations. The staff were very helpful and the room/furniture was clean. If you’re looking for a full kitchen with a separate bedroom that a hotel room doesn’t offer, try this."

"I've never had a problem with this Hyatt. Check in was a little slower than usual but they were packed The only thing that I find difficult to understand is the bar closing at 11 pm but that is their call."
