"From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The front desk attendants, the shuttle driver, the barista in the Starbucks, and the housekeeping staff were all so kind and accommodating. I’ll be booking here again next time I’m in Nashville!"

"breakfast menu was a joke! it was terrible, stayed for a week with family, the breakfast menu was the same for all days, they had placed a pancake maker as a showpiece not working, for some days, many of the breakfast spreads were running empty. It was a very very poor setup from a breakfast perspective, otherwise rest were good. "
