"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！"

"This used to be my favorite hotel in Shinjuku. Unfortunately the hotel hasn’t been kept very well. The rooms were very dusty. I could see dust particles in the air coming from the air ducts. I left with a throat infection. The onsen area was weathered. There was a broken handrail in the men’s onsen. The glass was very dirty. I had arranged for a birthday cake surprise and they showed up about an hour late making it very awkward. Checking in and out is frantic with “self checkin” stations...

"No problems and comfortable bed, and room has almost everything you might need such as toothbrush, shaver etc. Rooms are very small. I was only able to open my suitcase fully by the entrance to the room. But that is the compromise for central Tokyo in this lower price range. I thought the lifts were quite slow and they seem to chase each other. Location is very convenient but expect lots of noise due to the location in the middle of Kabukicho. Breakfast service is OK but starts at 7am....
