"This hotel was absolutely dreamy! From the premises to the staff, everything was amazing. The hotel's garden is one of the most prettiest we've ever seen. We went during firefly season and that was such an unreal scene. The room was gorgeous and they serviced our room twice a day which made it so nice to arrive to after a busy long day of walking. "Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them."

"Place looks a bit old but well-maintained. The staff were very helpful, especially helping us in getting taxi fast because the available uber was long wait. That showed concern from the staff with their guests. Lots of supplies - toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, razors, lotion, everything you need. The place is near the train station which makes it easier for commute."

"We have been to Tokyo, shinjuku specifically many times and this hotel has been the best one yet. This is a boutique hotel, with spacious rooms for tokyo standards. You dont even have to bring any toiletries as they provide everything…and more…down to the mouthwash! The lobby is very cute and quaint, and everything in there…you can take. They have a coffee machine, that makes espresso….soda machine….hard liquors, red and white wine, light snacks!! We will definitely be chosing this hotel moving...

"Nice Bali themed hotel though space inside the room is a bit tight and not really able to open a suitcase without moving furniture or doing it in the hallway. Lots of free amenities which is excellent but the food options are quite basic and not always available. There wasn’t a space to sit or eat so we took stuff back to our rooms.
