"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Baba Suite. The private steam room and the cold bath were not things we considered when we booked but they were excellent additions. The Baba suite balcony is huge and provides an urban Japanese feel as it looks out at the Big Box mall. The star of this hotel is the breakfast though. The make your own chirashi bowls was why I booked and it lived up to the hype. Location is super convenient being just across the street from the JR Yamanote and directly above...

"Very nice location, so close to the station. Room is tidy, clean but no view from windows. The elavator always stop at the reception floor, kind of annoying. One day I return to hotel around 10 pm, when i step out of the elavator, I saw a couple chinese people drunk and fighting at the lobby, my room is so close to the lobby I can hear them even I went straight into my room. called the reception and they sent someone to handle the situation, but the noise last for 10 to 15 mins. honestly its not...
