"The room is very spacious for Japanese standard and super clean with kitchen and washing machine which wonderful. Its a bit of walk from Ikebukuro station and too bad there is no lift at the Ikebukuro West (N) exit so ffor those who travel with alot of big luggages will be quite challenging. "

"The apartments are located a few steps from convenient store in a very quiet area 2 metros, under 15 minutes of walking it is very well located , quite close to many nice areas to visit . Check-in is easy, apartments are spotless , everything you need is already in the apartment (even more than you need :). Handling utilities is easy , everything is very well setup and organized. You might be thousand of kilometers from home but you feel like home :-) To be recomended , will go again for sure...

We had an amazing experience and the staff was extremely kind and always helpful and patient when we had questions. "Staff was friendly, room was comfortable, and I loved the heated toilet seat! A few miniute walk to Sunshine City and Ikebukuro station which made transportation, shopping, and eating very convenient. Also, happy the hotel had onsite laundry. I highly recommend."

"Good value for a stay for my family of 4. I rented a car and needed parking and wanted to be close Shinjuku. Mejiro is a short train ride to Shinjuku and hotel is short walk to Mejiro station. Parking lots nearby but hotel did not have its own parking. The Grace room was very big with 4 single beds with only downside being the small windows. Hotel is old but the bathroom had been renovated. Beds were comfortable with great duvet and decent pillows. Laundry room had new washer&dryer machines....
