"There was no car parking available, we had to pay for it, there was no hot water in the shower on the first night, no pepper available for breakfast, the reception was in front of our room door and people were noisy from the 7 in the morning which made it hard to sleep, I contact the hotel customer service but they did not respond to my messages "
