"Room was very nice, and clean. Denny’s was easy to order from and pick up.
When checking in I wish the staff asked if we had stayed there before, then could have advised us of things, no idea still where the pool is, was never told, didn’t feel like looking for it, elevators work with key card only, wish they told us that, didn’t see until after several attempts this little sign. Didn’t offer to set up shuttle for trip back to airport or how it worked, had to call front desk and inquire. I just feel like the hotels I have been to before, give you a bunch of info when you check in and this staff didn’t seem interested."
