"Amazing Staff and Honest Policy – Saved the Day!
I cannot recommend Hyatt Place Toronto Airport enough, primarily because of the incredible staff. I booked a room for my friend who was flying in from the USA, but due to severe weather, his flight was cancelled at the last minute.
I called the hotel in a bit of a panic to explain the situation. The front desk team was incredibly understanding and empathetic. They didn’t give me a hard time or hide behind fine print; they simply listened to the weather circumstances and processed a full refund without any issues or fees.
It is rare to find a hotel that prioritizes common sense and customer service over strict policies these days. If you are looking for a stress-free stay near Pearson Airport with a team that truly cares about their guests, this is the place. Thank you for your wonderful service!
