"Fiesta Inn Ecatepec is the best hotel in the areas. Great location inside the luxury mall “Centro Las Américas” that offers guests shopping and dining options. Staff is ultra friendly and professional. Their command of English is excellent and they are ready to help, offering tips and advise only locals could give. "Very clean and looks new, smells great, every where you go, in the hotel. The complementary breakfast, out of this world, a lot of options, you get coffee bread , then when you order your plate they bring you fruit, on a plate , loved it, the personnel very nice and friendly . Over all love this hotel, if I'm in the area , I will definitely stay there again , without a doubt!!!"

"If you’re traveling with family and kids, this place is perfect. There’s a giant mall downstairs with plenty of restaurants to choose from, a grocery supermarket. The hotel itself has excellent staff - courteous, attentive and professional. Breakfast buffet was above average and the dining room was organized. Rooms were clean and spotless. The Basilica de Guadalupe is less than 15 minutes by car. There’s a Costco 2 miles away. Uber rides is very convenient."
