"The pictures that are posted on this website for this hotel are amazing. However, the reality of it is false. This hotel room that I stayed in which was the king Luxe room was extremely dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine. I had to have housekeeper come and clean the bathroom upon checking. The carpet was dirty. The walls were dingy. Also, I myself have a king size bed in my home and I do not believe that the king Luxe room was a king bed size. This is not even a decent hotel to stay in. The reason why I gave it us two stars instead of one was because the house cleaning staff was extremely nice. I do not recommend staying here."

"We loved staying here. The hotel is fairly new and so everything is very clean and well kept. It's so nice to be in the financial district because it's quieter and very accessible to 3 different train lines. Great coffee and bagels nearby. We would definitely stay here again. "

"What a wonderful stay! At arrival we were greeted by the doorman that showed us around and took us to the 3rd floor to check in! What service! Check in was smooth and we were able to check in early with their very convenient and reasonable early check in fee! The front desk helped with numerous questions after we were there for several days! My daughter will be attending the University close by and they helped with so many tips about the downtown area! We also were helped with a taxi for my sister and stood outside talking with another doorman that was a wealth of knowledge!! Thank you M Social Downtown staff! You make this momma feel a little more at ease to send my daughter to University in the downtown area!! See you again soon!!"

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around. "
