"AVOID THIS HOTEL — DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES!
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at 10:30 PM and had to wait until 11 PM for someone to give me the room card. The room was tiny, smelled strongly of smoke, had prison-like lighting, and a disgusting bathroom. Even the elevator wasn’t working, and there was no reception after 11 PM.
I couldn’t sleep at all and left at 7 AM. Despite this terrible experience, the morning receptionist refused to refund my money for the...

"Location of hotel is good, close to metro stations and 20 mins away from arc de triomphe. Room was small, not a lot of space but wasn’t a big deal. Staff were helfpul and room was cleaned everyday.
Breakfast included was okay, no variety in what was offered, same thing everyday. If you didn’t get there early enough, food was sometimes cold.
Would stay here again!"
