"Truly a lovely hotel! Easy access to the train station and they send someone to pick you up when you first arrive. The staff and service were all amazing and made sure our stay was very comfortable. "After initial issues with outside noise and a move to a room far from the noise, I was given an updated modern room plus a complimentary dessert plate as a gesture acknowledging my troubles. The hotel is very convenient near the central Plaza de Armas where there is nightly free entertainment plus many shops and restaurants."

"Very central so easy to access all restaurants, bus terminal, and train station. Good comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Very simple breakfast, but satisfying. Just what we needed for our overnight in Aguas Calientes. A plus: free luggage storage."

"We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station."
