"Avenue Inn is an incredible deal. While the exterior is not impressive, the rooms are clean and well appointed. For the low prices they charge, Avenue offers a great deal.
And I particularly love the fact that they don't try to make it up through hidden charges. For example, at the front desk they offer $1 cans of Coke and other beverages as long as you pay cash. Presumably, they are just buying some cases cases from Costcos and reselling them for a ~50 fifty cent markup. But compare that with...
"Love this new hotel! The lobby is spacious and has a nice bar area. The rooms are quite big, bed was very comfortable and I also liked the pillows and bedding. The bathroom was big and I liked the toiletries because they had a lavender and eucalyptus scent. Breakfast selection was ok, but not spectacular. The blueberry muffins were the best part. I’d definitely stay here again."
"Beautiful room and decor - amazing small touches like delivering coffee and pastries in the morning, leaving a great note for mindful meditation, and a departing gift of sweets. Only thing missing was a pool but other than that, a perfect place to stay. Thank you to all the kind and helpful staff!"

"Great option, very hospitable and cute. The front desk manager was super understanding of our last minute changes. The Schoolyard restaurant on site was also great."
"We had 2 rooms. The ground floor room with 3 beds was huge! The lighting wasn’t great but apart from that, it was perfect. The first floor room with a king bed was large and comfortable. Motel is handy with great breakfast options all around. Would recommend."
