Hotel murah di Chalford

"The beds were comfortable. Sadly I felt many things were tired the towels (only one shower towel provided we had to use hand towels), the two frying pans were crumbling away and I feel not fit for purpose. A general feeling of a spring clean is due, especially in draws, also the rugs in the living rooms are hazardous as the non slip backing is worn out. The character of the chapel is fabulous. "

"We had a lovely room which had a roll top bath in a very big bathroom Staff were friendly and the pub was relaxing. Breakfast was good to set you up for the day It was in a remote area so in the evening there wasn’t anywhere to walk to and other pubs were of driving distance not walkable.."

"As soon as we arrived we were greeted nicely and given the information needed and were checked in. The room was fantastic, large, clean and really well equipped, the bed was huge and very comfortable, we had a nice view and the bathroom was clean and roomy. The spa was lovely and we had a lovely relax in there . We had a nice couple of drinks in the bar and watched the football. The breakfast in the morning was really nice with plenty of choice. "A really lovely hotel and the staff were all so friendly and attentive through our stay We did a spa morning whilst there and the massage was really good Also the restaurant was great with delicious food and a great setting especially sitting outside in the nice weather"

"Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened. The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."

"Good size room .baking hot no air con.the little Dyson fan good for nothing.a strong metal fan would do the trick..one night had somebody kicking and banging at the door desperate to get in scary to say the least.very easy for people just to wander around the hotel floors inebriated!! Breakfast a bit chaotic and bland.sounds a bit negative but generally good value for money oh no double glazing so road noise kept me awake.aroom away from road and no heatwave and will stay again"

"Das gesamte Team von Mason Arms war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat praktisch jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Essen (Frühstück & Abendessen) war sehr lecker. Wir würden es eindeutig weiter empfehlen. Falls man eine Kleinigkeit kritisieren möchte, wäre es, dass man bei der Buchung auf die Größe der Zimmer achten sollte. In unserem Zimmer hatten 2 Medium große Koffer gerade so Platz aufgeklappt zu liegen und das Zimmer war praktisch mit dem Doppelbett und einem kleinen Sessel...

"Disappointing stay raised with the manager but no meaningful resolution. The staff were friendly and the room had some positives, including clean linen, a good-sized TV and convenient parking, but unfortunately the overall experience was very poor. The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. There was thick dust on ledges and surfaces, smeared glass, sticky breakfast tables, dusty artificial plants and noticeable limescale in the bathroom. The extractor fan did not work,...

"I was disappointed with our stay at Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. Check-in was very slow, and there were groups of teenagers hanging around the lobby which didn’t create the best first impression. Our room had no air conditioning, which was particularly uncomfortable during the 35°C heat. When I asked at reception for a fan, I was simply told they had all been distributed around the hotel, so there wasn’t one available. As our room was on the ground floor, we couldn’t safely leave the windows...
