"This is really a motel not a hotel. It’s old and the renovations are minimal. We had a hard time finding parking despite paying an extra fee for parking in their lot. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors as well as the parking lot. Check in staff was very nice but the check out staff was not as friendly."

"My husband and I loved our stay at The Chattanoogan and would return. It is within easy walking distance of great restaurants (try The Feed Company!) and a short drive from other restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff did a poor job of cleaning. When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer. "The reviews are on point. The rooms were clean without smelling an intense scent that hotels use. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. The staff super friendly and helpful. We went with our kiddos and the location was perfect to visit the aquarium, discover museum and other attractions. "

"It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! "

We asked staff to refill they said they don’t have milk and fruits, they gave container with oat milk partially filled .
