"I did not use the laundry room. My only complaint was and still is… if you’re going to be a pet friendly facility. Please have the proper cleaning supplies and cleaners to remove the smell of the pet before the next guest arrives. Some people actually have a pet allergy."

"The room was clean. The things i didn't like is that they test the smoke alarms early in the morning without giving notice and the cold water didn't work for like a day so that caused the toilet not to flush . I called the after hours number no one answered and i didn't get a call back."

"I had to carry luggage 47lbs up 3 flights of stairs. You should definitely mention that upfront. It is not ada accessible. The room had a dead roach in the kitchen when I first arrived. It was almost midnight so I had no energy. Early the next morning a roach was crawling on the tv and another one in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, but it was extremely inconvenient! I’m requesting a refund. I’m so disappointed."
