"Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality linen, towels and comfy pillows. Modern and stylish hotel. Breakfast was great value for money, a good variety of food, and great to be able to have a barista coffee included. We would not hesitate to stay again before or after a flight. Convenient to get to/from the station and airport on the shuttle train. It's not clearly explained in the hotel information, but the shuttle train lists the different airport hotels and which stop to access them from ( more explanation of this in the hotel information would have been helpful)."

"Everything was great except the AC didnt work but we had this problem in our other hotel in Paris. So for people who like cold rooms to sleep maybe bring a fan. Breakfast had a good variety Airport shuttle he kind of just dropped us, we ended up having to walk 2 hours to check in counter "

"A spectacular stay with amazing staff! Had a great experience with Jose at the front desk, we had arrived early, they held our bags until our room was ready. We were able to go downstairs to the lobby and use the restrooms to freshen up from our flight. We went out to the city and came back in the afternoon. Went right to our room where our bag was waiting for us. This place is a gem, the neighborhood is very safe and wonderful places to eat right around the corner. The rooms are very nice! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"

"Exceptionally tiny rooms where they don’t turn on AC UNTIL THEY FEEL IT IS NECESSARY. Nice bathroom that takes up 1/2 of the entire room space. Getting extra towels was initially a massive hassle but after two days of complaining they started giving some out. Oh, and don’t think about getting an extra blanket! International incident in the making. In addition to all this. There’s a bar called Luckys directly across the street, mind you we were on the 6th floor and we could hear all the drunkards screaming, fighting, laughing, singing between 11pm all the way til almost 7am, so if you expect to sleep with the window open because your room is hot and stuffy, good luck! "

"First off , A/C does not work, it looks like a very old (25+ year old) iron box attached to roof. No light, no fan or air is comming out of it Bathroom is so small that only small person can sit on the potty Rest is ok to survive for a day as transit hotel To take flight in CDG airport"

"Booked a total of 3 nights at the Sheraton CDG on our return trip from Canada to Perth, Aus. We chose it because it is very well located within the airport and was in close proximity to our required terminals. Staff were very friendly and efficient overrall - and very effective in securing assistance for us as my wife has mobility issues (Ismail and Sylvain - merci beaucoup!) - albeit when I added a second night to our return leg stay in order to secure early access to our room (we were landing at 0600) they had us down for only one night, then two nights in separate rooms despite several emails to the Hotel with a distinct request - in English and French - to join the two bookings and avoid the issue that occurred. And even got a response that their records had been updated. That being said the attendant soon resolved the issue. Food was excellent in the bar but a bit pricey - but it is Paris after all! Staff were once again friendly and very efficient here too. Our room was big and very clean: the bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with big, fluffy towels and an excellent shower. They are looking a bit dated to be fair and the sink had signs of wear and tear. Overrall it was a very positive experience with minimum stress on a long journey. Bit annoying to get dinged for internet (14.90 Eu) after seeing e invoice as no mention of fee prior to or when signing in but will forgive them for the amazing view on exiting the lift on L1. Stunning."

"It is a comfortable and clean property. The only issue we faced was while check-in. The person on duty was very rude and was not ready to listen to our point. We were travelling with a 4 months old baby and we reached hotel around 2:00pm. I had booked an extra night to avoid waiting long for the check-in time. The person at the reception was very rude and kept insisting in waiting without listening to our whole point. He was almost ready to fight. Moreover I had spoken to their customer support 2 days in advance to avoid such scenario and they assured me there won’t be any troubles during the check-in but this person at the counter disregarded the whole thing said “Our customer teams are are sitting in Lyon. We are not connected to them and I cannot help. You need to wait.” Then after him calming down he gave us a very nominal room at first floor whereas we booked a room on upper floor with some extra amenities, like full minibar. Unfortunately we did not get to experience any of it because of the rude staff. The stay was okay if you don’t need to interact either the staff, a bit out of the main city, clean and quiet."
