"Beautiful hotel. Near a lot of attractions, shopping and transit. Refrigerator in the room did not keep anything cold."

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the service. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. One small inconvenience was that the lobby is located on the 38th floor. Getting down to the ground floor could be a little complicated, as we had to take two different elevators, which was not always very convenient. Also, some staff members did not speak...

"The room was amazing and was really clean and nice for the stay. The washroom is nice and modern. The pool and gym were both out of service which disappointed me but was still a good hotel. 9/10"

"I had to pay 50% more for a extra baby bed and when I ask for a hard pillow they refused. The room smell of cigarettes and smoke."

"Location is great!"

"Always keep the top standard nothing to complain."

"Helpful staff, good proximity to public transit."

"Great location. Courteous owners"

"アパートの1室を借りられます。広さは申し分ありません。洗濯機や冷蔵庫等家電も完備しているので快適でした。受付が28階の一室で、看板等も出ていないため、辿り着くのに一苦労でした。アクセスや設備に関しては素晴らしいです。"

"Habitación descuidada, no es la misma calidad que se ofrece en las fotografías. "

"The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended."
