"Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was sub par … had dinner twice at their restaurant and food was very good. Weather didn’t cooperate but otherwise a beautiful small hotel."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna! "

"I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. I would highly recommend booking the Designer Room.The bed was positioned in such a way that you could enjoy the entire view of Sapa while lying in bed. "The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. "JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!"
