"Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price."

"The check-in/check-out, room and staff were excellent. Two things to point out, 1) the hotel should consider upgrading the toilet paper (very thin) and 2) the food/drinks for Happy Hour on the 7th floor was subpar. Other than items above, we would go back 😊"

"Great location. Rooftop Bar service was slow and drinks were not good. The room was nice but the temperature was so warm. We had it set to 60 but the room temperature didnt drop below 71. I love the ambiance of this hotel and the rooms themselves but lighting is definitely an issue. As a woman, a lit up mirror for make up would be a huge plus. "

"To places for breakfast the bagel shop was busy but good. The other restaurant was a sit down and not very kid friendly. Kids love the pool and hot tub."

"The location was perfect. Walking distance to all site seeing amenities. The room was very clean and tidy. I slept so good. The girl at the front desk (Ana) was very knowledgeable on the area. She saved me time by teaching me to take the ferry instead of driving all the way around."

"We have stayed here before and loved, this time around as absolutely phenomenal! The staff was amazing, we got upgraded to a suite which made our trip! My husband got a card from the staff wishing him a wonderful birthday and some goodies in the room. Our kitty got a little toy, we were offered amenities for our kitty if we needed. Just an amazing stay."

"Very kind staff. I came off a red eye flight very exhausted and they were able to check me in early. The rooftop bar is great and the views are amazing."

"The hotel was good and the location was great. It was close to the link rail and all the downtown attractions are within walking distance. The guy that checked us in around 6pm didn’t give us much info and we had no view whatsoever. In the morning, there was a different guy at the counter and I overheard him check in another guest and he was very informative and helpful. I told him that the guy who checked us in last night just gave us our room key card without any info about the amenities. "

"Property was safe, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating during our stay. We were provided with a room upgrade with an amazing view of Pike’s Place Market. Free coffee in the morning was great. Brunch at Ben’s Paris was a highlight of our stay. 100% will return when in Seattle. "
