"The room was clean and everything looked great. My only issues were that the bed was too firm so I wasn’t comfortable and the shower head was clogged so it had poor water pressure."

"I liked the cleanliness of the facility, bedding and the nice white towels. I did not like the coffee or yea. The coffee was weak (you could see right through it) and it was always lukewarm, never hit. Not even in the am. The water for the was also lukewarm O liked the fact that they had HBO… The room was spacious"

"Blood stain on my pillow, dirty foam in the hot tub and the exercise room smelled like sweat. The breakfast attendant was great and they did apply a discount due to the stained pillow. The bed was comfortable and convient location"

"We had a great experience during my stay. The manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She proactively reached out to us regarding a situation that came up and handled it with professionalism and care. We truly appreciated how accommodating she was it made a stressful moment much easier and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you for going above and beyond!
