"Nice hotel, old building with thin walls, staff kept knocking on our door due to our downstairs neighbors complaining about “stomping” but was clearly the group of kids in the room across the hall. We had a nice time but wished we didn’t keep getting woken up at 11pm by staff knocking on our door. Despite the unfortunate interruptions it was a nice stay."

"My stay was wonderful. The well-maintained and beautiful hotel had the best staff I’ve ever experienced!"

"Nice central location near Main Street restaurants, beaches and the shuttle to the MV ferry out of Woods Hole. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful free parking. It could use some capital improvements (rotting wood trim, missing roof shingles). Good value overall."

"We only stayed for a quick night. The room was big and clean. The property is out dated but work well enough for what we needed."

"The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good."
