"This is the only hotel I book in Charleston. The property is clean, the rooms are well appointed and decorated tastefully. The pool is a great amenity. I highly recommend the room with an air bath, so relaxing."

"We had a suite which had nice kitchen amenities and two TVs. Unfortunately, only one of the TVs would work consistently well. We had a balcony with a very nice view, the breakfast was great and changed abit every morning. However, there was no stopper in the bathtub, so I could not take a bath (only a shower). I reported this and asked to have it fixed, but it never was. On the last night there appeared a VERY LARGE COCKROACH in our bathroom. We were able to trap it under a garbage can. I...

"There isn't enough to justify complaining, but there also isn't enough to justify praise, hence the OKAY rating. Cost was too high for what was being offered, 10 years ago this would have been a $100 hotel stay, not $250, so the price went up but it's still a $100 hotel stay, take what you will from that."

"They were renovating we came for overnight stay. We arrived late Tv didn’t work and got woken up at 7:45 by carbon monoxide detector. We got dressed and checked out let front desk know tv was not working and alarm was going off in the room we originally thought it was fire alarm with low battery until front desk agent told us it was carbon monoxide detector she had been getting notice but hadn’t had time to do anything about it. Not sure if low battery or we were lucky to make it out alive....

"Room was okay. The shower leaked BAD every time you showered. The pool was green and smelled horribly of mold. Had to go get our own towels every time our dirty ones were taken by cleaning staff. The one day of the week our whole room was to be cleaned the cleaning staff didn't start cleaning it until 5:45pm-6:00pm, which we were ready to come back to the room and relax and couldn't after a long day.
