"Room was ok,customer service and staff friendliness needs a bit more upgrade"

"When I checked in the clerk Angela ran my card twice. She claimed that the payment for incidentals didnt go through. As a result I had 3 different charges totaling 342.00! Only 50 dollars was supposed to be changed for incidentals. They say 5 to 10 business days before I get my refund. To open the room door I had to use my shoulder to push the door. It was sticking. The hotel was clean but could use some renovation. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
