The staff was expolite and professional. I was sure this howas listed ad having an airport shuttle bus. Moxy Charlotte Downtown
Everything was amazing. The onlyside's were that that it's placed in-between One Way streets and street only open to buses that use the transit center across the street, and vallet parking. Very confusing for travelers, and Ubers to reach you if you are not using a car of your own.
