"Stayed here to attend my niece's graduation. Room was very big and beds were comfortable. But, walls were dirty and the bathroom door was hard to open. Other than that a great hotel with lots of places to go within walking distance."

"I’ve never stayed at a best Western b4 the room itself was okay I was a little surprised that when I walked into the building the condition of the carpet for the amount of money being charged—the carpet was old stained and dirty. That was the first thing I saw when I stepped into the building and I didn’t like what I saw I was disappointed but the room itself was nice, clean and when the air stopped working properly they instantly came and fixed it…"

"This property is in poor shape. The pool was disgustingly. The carpet in rooms dirty, the bathroom was dated and needs to be painted and refreshed. The walls in the room were pretty dirty. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good each day. Also, the elevator inspection has been expired since last year."

"Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!"

"The property was well cared for and located close enough for us to walk to centennial park each morning. The staff were friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. The breakfast was as wonderful as any hotel breakfast I’ve had with a kitchen that made to order food. The pool was small but we enjoyed hanging out there with a picnic."
